How do I order my glasses?
To order your new frames from us just follow these easy steps:
How long will it take for me to receive my glasses?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of you placing it, although it may take longer, up to 21 days, to complete more complex prescriptions or lens requirements. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then simply return it to us for a 100% full money back guarantee, no questions asked.
Do you make prescription spectacles for children?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a choice of children's glasses at the moment, but watch this space.
How do I obtain my Glasses Prescription?
Just visit your local optician and have an eye test.
By law, your optician must provide you with a clear and legible copy of your prescription after an eye test. We recommend that you ask your optician to include your Pupil Distance with it.
Do I need to send you a copy of my prescription?
No, you will be prompted to enter you prescription details online when choosing your lenses.
What if my prescription is outside of your range?
Please contact us and we will make arrangements to help complete your order wherever possible.
My Prescription does not have any 'CYL' or 'AXIS' value
Please select 'NONE' for any fields without a value on your prescription.
What if I have entered some information incorrectly?
Please contact us immediately so that we can rectify any mistakes as soon as possible.
Can you put new lenses in my existing frames?
Yes, just select the 'Reglaze my own frame' option on the homepage.
Do you supply Varifocal lenses?
Yes, select 'Varifocals' when choosing your lens type.
Can I order frames without prescription lenses?
Yes, just select 'No prescription' when choosing your lens type.
What if my frames need adjustment after I receive them?
Most high street opticians will adjust your frames if required for a small fee.
How are frames sized?
A frame has three basic sizes: 1) eye size, 2) bridge size, 3) arms size (mm).
These sizes will often be written somewhere on the frame, usually on the arm or behind the bridge in a sequence of numbers, such as: 48 18 140.
We recommend that when you order your new frames from us, their size is within +/- 4mm of your existing frames.
Please contact us if you have any other questions not listed above and we will be more than happy to help and guide you through the buying process.
